Coordinator messages, released results with physician notes, and care updates in the app. You are part of it, not funding care from the outside.

Every step of the way
What's included

Everything your family needs. Nothing you don't.

Every care level includes the foundation. The more complex the care, the more the physician builds in, always matched to what your loved one actually needs.

Real-time family visibility

See care as it happens: visit summaries, released results with the physician's plain-language note, coordinator messages. Never fund care into a void again.

A documented care plan

The physician authors a care plan after the first visit. Your loved one can read it. You can read it. It's the agenda for every visit that follows, and it goes with them wherever they go.

One named coordinator

One person your family reaches when you need something. They know your loved one, know the plan, and are accountable by name.

Medication management

Reconciled medication list maintained at every visit. Prescription renewals handled. Drug interactions checked at every prescribing event.

Lab monitoring

Regular lab draws at the cadence the physician determines. Results reviewed and released to you with the doctor's note.

Plans

Your loved one's plan is set by the physician, not a pricing page.

The physician assigns the right care level at the assessment, based on your loved one's actual health. You see the plan and the reasoning behind it. You decide.

Every plan begins with a physician assessment. Clinical services are billed separately at member prices. We'll walk you through what your loved one's care level includes before anything starts. See FAQs →

You know who the doctor is. You know what they talked about. You know what happens next. After every visit.

Built into every Amana plan

Who this is for

You're already handling it. Amana makes it work.

You send money. You field the phone calls. You're the one awake at 2am when something happens. Amana is built for the diaspora family member who is already responsible for a loved one's care and gives you the tools to actually be present in it.

Are you?

The monthly wire

Your mother has hypertension. You wire money every month and hope it reaches the right doctor, with no way to verify anything.

The emergency flight

Your father had a scare last year. You flew home to find no care plan, no named doctor, no record of what had happened. You can't keep flying home.

The only one abroad

Your parents are both in Lagos and you are the only child abroad. You need someone you can actually call who knows them.

Common questions

Everything you'd ask before signing up.

Who chooses the care level? +

The physician does, based on what they find at the assessment. You see the recommended level, the care plan, and the monthly price together. You decide whether to proceed. You're not choosing from a menu blind.

My loved one doesn't use apps. Is that a problem? +

No. The family app is for you, the subscriber abroad. Your loved one interacts with their coordinator and physician at the clinic, exactly as they would at any doctor's visit. They don't need a smartphone for Amana to work.

How is Amana different from other remote care services? +

Your loved one is assigned a named physician at our own clinic in Ikeja, with a documented care plan that doesn't restart with every visit. You see what's happening as it happens. It's a continuous relationship, not a series of appointments.

How is my loved one's data protected? +

Amana is built from day one around Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA). Your loved one controls what you can see. Visibility is granted by their consent, not your subscription. Clinical data lives in a secure, logged environment. Nothing clinical is ever shared over WhatsApp or unverified channels.

What if something serious happens, like a hospital admission? +

If your loved one needs hospital care, we coordinate the admission and their file goes with them, so the receiving team has their baseline from the start. Hospital costs are separate from the subscription and settled directly with the hospital. We never mark up the care.

Can I add someone else as a co-payer? +

Yes. You can invite a co-payer to share the subscription cost. Their visibility into your loved one's care is subject to the same consent rules. Your loved one decides what each family member can see.
